Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a DPR and CMA data?
A DPR explains the entire project (technical, market and financial) and is used for new projects and subsidies. CMA data presents past and projected financials in the format banks use to assess working capital and term loan limits.
How long does it take to prepare a project report?
Usually a few working days after we receive complete information. Larger or more technical projects take longer.
Will the bank accept the report?
We prepare reports in the formats banks use and base them on realistic assumptions. The lending decision always rests with the bank.
What is DSCR and why does it matter?
The debt service coverage ratio shows how comfortably the business can repay loan instalments and interest from its cash flow. Banks look closely at it when approving a loan.
