An independent tax and business consulting firm, founded in Vellore in 2007 and now serving clients from Vellore and Chennai.

Our story

Wealth Bridge began in Vellore in 2007 with a simple purpose: to give business owners and families the careful, dependable tax advice that is usually available only to large companies.

2007
The practice opens in Vellore and grows from return filing into a full consulting firm.
2017
When GST arrives, we build a GST practice that today handles monthly compliance for many businesses and a steady stream of scrutiny, show cause and appeal proceedings. Our income tax practice grows alongside it, with a strong focus on assessments, reassessment and appeals.
Growth
Clients also come to us for bank finance and government support. That work becomes a practice of its own: central and Tamil Nadu subsidy schemes, detailed project reports and end-to-end MSME support.
Today
With the opening of our Chennai office in Vadapalani, we serve clients from both cities.

S. Dineshbabu

Founder and Principal Advisor

Dinesh founded Wealth Bridge in 2007 and has led it for more than eighteen years. His work centres on GST and income tax proceedings (scrutiny, show cause notices, reassessment and appeals), along with PF and ESI and Companies Act matters, government subsidy advisory, project finance and the formation of trusts and cooperative societies. He personally reviews every notice reply and appeal the firm files.

He is also a co-founder of Thiran Innovation Foundation, a not-for-profit Section 8 company supporting startup incubation across technology sectors.

Shofia leads client onboarding and relationships. She makes sure every client has a clear point of contact, that requirements are understood from the first conversation, and that work moves smoothly through the team to delivery.
